Online Cooking Course

Other Information that may help you to decide:

• This offer is open to people living in Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme/North Staffs.  People may have to prove they are on benefits but the process for this will be confirmed when they sign up for the course.

• A pre recorded video of the cooker demo  will be uploaded onto a platform each week, but learners can access at anytime. So if they don’t want to access straight away on the day we upload they still have access later. The ingredients learners receive will obviously have a limited shelf life making it necessary to cook within a day or two of receipt the first time you cook a recipe. B-Arts provide the links and learners/service users can access them.

• At present they have planned 9 weeks of content, with one video posted each week.  B-Arts will try to keep the  available online after that time and if they need to move platforms  will let you know so learners can still access things.

• Delivery/receipt of ingredients:  They will be delivered personally (depending on demand for this course) or if possible they may be taken to an agreed central point if people can collect them but this will depend on lockdown and the guidance for this.
