Here’s a challenge for you. Write a piece of prose, fiction or a poem based on what you see when you look at this picture. 500 words or thereabouts. Send it to us at webmaster@connectingchoices.co.uk and we will publish it on the website. It will be great to see what amazingly different ideas people come up with. Go on – give it a go – you don’t have to be a writer, just someone who wants to have a go. This is all about learning how to express yourself, and thinking about it will be a “mindful” thing to do.
