More opportunities from Changes Wellbeing

The April/May calendar of activities from Changes to support your emotional health and wellbeing through a variety of courses in things like Anxiety Management, Anger Management, relaxation techniques and much much more is available. Some of the courses are run by Changes and some by the Adult and Community Learning Team.
