Support and Guidance for Re-Opening

With the government giving a timetable for re-opening from 1st June, we will all be feeling unsure about what we want to do. Staying home has been difficult, but it has meant some degree of certainty and safety. Now we will have increased choices and even some compulsion to re-enter society if our jobs require us back to work. This will mean increased anxiety, stress levels and panic for many of us.
